Ma certification Professional Certified Coach (PCC) délivrée par l’International Coaching Federation atteste d’un niveau confirmé de pratique et m’engage à respecter le cadre éthique et déontologique de l’ICF, notamment en matière de confidentialité.
Je poursuis régulièrement ma professionnalisation par la formation et la supervision de ma pratique.
Mes domaines d’intervention privilégiés sont le leadership, la communication interpersonnelle, l’agilité relationnelle, la gestion des tensions et du stress ainsi que les périodes de transition ou de transformation professionnelle.
J’ai également développé une expertise spécifique autour de la diversité des profils, des environnements multiculturels et de certaines neurodivergences.
